I propose that the Party cell assign each Party member to be in charge of a group of households and encourage them to participate in the pilot implementation of the waste classification model. If they do well, we can reward or acknowledge them to encourage their spirit.

Everyone began to discuss excitedly. A young party member hesitantly asked:

- But will people do it?

Mr. Tung smiled:

- If you want people to do it, you must first set an example. Comrades, think about it, if every party member in the cell strictly implements it and reminds those around them, people will gradually change. When people see real benefits, they will do it on their own.

After a discussion, the Party cell reached an agreement that each Party member would commit to classifying waste according to regulations, and at the same time mobilize 2-3 households in the neighborhood to participate. The neighborhood group would monitor and summarize after 3 months to evaluate the effectiveness.

The meeting ended later than usual. When leaving, Mr. Hai patted Mr. Tung on the shoulder and said with a smile:
