For the first time, Hai Duong announced the results of the assessment of the digital transformation index at the department and district levels. The Department of Information and Communications and Gia Loc district led the rankings in 2023.
The Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board participated in the assessment but were not ranked because these two units do not provide public services.
