According to Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company (Cam Giang), from the beginning of November until now, the labor recruitment demand of enterprises in Hai Duong has increased by about 30% compared to the previous month.
From now until the end of the year, Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company has a contract to supply about 10,000 workers to 50 enterprises in Hai Duong. Compared to the same period last month, the labor recruitment demand of these enterprises increased by about 30%.
The reason is that businesses are increasing production and business activities to serve year-end orders. Typically, LLCs: Brother Vietnam Industry, Sumidenso Vietnam... are recruiting 1,000 workers with remuneration ranging from 8-10 million VND/new worker.
In addition, some newly established enterprises also have a need to recruit large numbers of workers. These enterprises mainly belong to the garment, electricity, electronics, and mechanical manufacturing groups...
It is expected that the demand for labor recruitment of enterprises in industrial parks will continue to increase to meet production and business needs at the end of the year.
