In one week, more than 20 cars with Hai Duong license plates were fined in Bac Ninh.

Specifically, from September 23 to 29, 518 vehicles were fined. The vehicles mainly violated the speed limit by exceeding the speed limit by 10-20 km/h and from 5 to under 10 km/h, and parking not close to the right curb in the direction of travel. In the list, in addition to the vehicles with Bac Ninh license plates, there were also many vehicles registered in other provinces and cities, including 24 vehicles with Hai Duong license plates.

Fines for speeding are as follows:

Fines from 800,000 VND to 1 million VND for drivers exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 5 km/h to under 10 km/h (according to point a, clause 3, article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP).

A fine of 4 - 6 million VND will be imposed on drivers who exceed the speed limit by 10 - 20 km/h (according to Point i, Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, amended at Point d, Clause 34, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP). In addition, the violating driver will also have his/her driving license revoked for 1 - 3 months (according to Point b, Clause 11, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP).

A fine of 6 - 8 million VND will be imposed on drivers who exceed the speed limit by 20 - 35 km/h (according to Point a, Clause 6, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP). Drivers who commit violations will also have their driving licenses revoked for 2 - 4 months (according to Point c, Clause 11, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP).

A fine of 10 - 12 million VND will be imposed on drivers who exceed the speed limit by more than 35 km/h (according to Point c, Clause 7, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP). In addition, drivers who commit violations will also have their driving licenses revoked for 2 - 4 months (according to Point c, Clause 11, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP).
