A 48-year-old man in Vinh Hoa commune (Ninh Giang, Hai Duong) was hit and killed by a car while crossing the street on an electric motorbike at the intersection of East-West axis road and National Highway 37.
At about 6:33 p.m. on March 17, Mr. NTV, born in 1979 in Uong Bi City (Quang Ninh), drove car 14A-780.07 on the East-West axis from Tu Ky to Co Island.
When arriving at the intersection with traffic lights between Highway 37 and the East-West axis road, in Vinh Hoa commune, he collided with an electric motorbike without a license plate driven by a disabled person born in 1977 in Vinh Hoa commune, who was turning left onto Highway 37 towards Ram bridge.
The accident caused Mr. T's death.
Authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
