The off-road version of the Mitsubishi Outlander is likely to be launched in the US market in the second half of 2025 with a starting price of around $30,000.
Mitsubishi has just revealed the 2025 Outlander Trail Edition - a completely new off-road version with many notable upgrades at a private event in California, USA.
Many exterior details of this SUV are painted in a dark color, similar to the Black Edition variant currently distributed in the US. This upgrade package includes a new multi-spoke wheel design measuring 18 inches, combined with BFGoodrich off-road tires.
The car is equipped with standard roof racks and roof racks from the Thule brand. The body is also supplemented with mountain motifs and the Outlander logo below the D-pillar.
Similarly, the aerodynamic spoiler and taillights are also darkened. The SUV is equipped with standard 4-wheel fenders, a newly designed rear bumper with integrated tow hooks.
The car does not have a charging port cover on the left side of the body, so the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Trail Edition is still only equipped with a 2.5L Mivec engine with 184 horsepower and 245 Nm of torque. It can be accompanied by a CVT transmission and 4WD drive system.
Mitsubishi did not mention any information about price or equipment. According to some sources, the Mitsubishi Outlander Trail Edition could launch in the second half of 2025 with a starting price of around $30,000.
