Scam money transfer to get driver's license

Recently, some people in Hai Duong City, after taking their driving test, were called by someone asking to transfer money so that someone could send the original documents and driving license to their home.

Some people refused because they had received their original driver's license and documents in advance, but a few people transferred money to the subject before realizing they had been scammed.

The amount of money the subjects requested to transfer was only a few tens of thousands of dong. The strange thing is that the subject not only had the phone number but also correctly read the date, month, year of birth, exam date, driving license class... of the person taking the driving license exam.

According to information from the Department of Transport of Hai Duong province, before the test, the candidate will register to have the original documents and driver's license sent to the registered address via post. In addition, there is no other form of returning the original documents and driver's license.
