Kia Carnival 2025 launched

Refreshed after three years of its launch, the fourth-generation Carnival facelift features a more distinct SUV styling, with the concept of "modern boldness" based on Kia's "Opposites United" design philosophy.

Vertical headlights and starlight daytime running lights create a futuristic image. The grille is wider and more square instead of the beveled edges of the current version. The new rims with spokes are horizontal and vertical lines, in harmony with the overall design.

The license plate mount is lower instead of close to the taillight strip across the rear door. The taillights are similar in style to the headlights, with a square design that hugs the rear of the car.

Compared to the current Carnival, Kia said the upgrade will have a new equipment version called Gravity with different motifs on the grille, different rims, and dark metal details on the exterior to increase the strength.

The company has not released interior photos. The MPV is said to use a pair of 12.3-inch screens similar to other Kia models. In addition, there is a combination of new interior material options, as well as a 7 or 8-seat setup.

Despite sharing its platform with the Sorento, the Carnival is one of the remaining Kia products that doesn’t have an electrified version. That could change with the facelift, with the option of a 1.6-liter turbo hybrid engine, alongside the petrol and diesel versions.

The Korean automaker will announce more details and markets for the upgraded Carnival in November, including pricing in Korea.

In Vietnam, Kia Carnival is currently sold in 5 versions, including gasoline and diesel engines, priced at 1.219-1.839 billion VND.
