On January 3, the Chairman of Gia Loc District People's Committee decided to fine Mr. VTH in Thong Kenh Commune 11 million VND for not participating in military service examination.
Mr. H. was not present at the correct time and place stated in the military service medical examination order issued by the Commander of the Gia Loc District Military Command according to the provisions of the Law on Military Service without a valid reason.
In addition to being fined, Mr. H. is also forced to perform military service as prescribed.
