The three newest communes in Hai Duong that have achieved model new rural standards in terms of culture are Toan Thang, Thong Kenh (in Gia Loc district) and Chi Lang Nam (Thanh Mien).

Hai Duong has 3 more communes meeting new rural model standards

By the end of 2024, Hai Duong province will have 19 communes meeting model new rural standards.
First prize in the online contest to learn about the law went to two young men from Thong Kenh commune.

Mr. Nguyen Thac Phu and Ms. Ha Thi Diu, young people of Thong Kenh commune (Gia Loc) won first prize in two online contests to learn about the law organized by Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union.
