Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam has just signed a decision to administratively sanction 22 individuals who violated regulations on military service health examination and testing.
Of which, An Binh commune has the most violations (8 cases); followed by Nam Hong, An Son, Quoc Tuan, Hop Tien communes (each commune has 2 cases); Minh Tan, Nam Hung, Thanh Quang, Nam Trung, Cong Hoa, Dong Lac communes each have 1 case.
Specifically, these 22 young men did not show up at the right time and place as stated in the military service medical examination order issued by the Commander of the District Military Command without a valid reason. When the military service council organized a medical examination for citizens who had not yet come for examination as prescribed, the above young men still did not come for examination and also did not have a valid reason. For this violation, each young man was administratively fined 30 million VND.
