Hyundai Palisade price reduction of nearly 100 million VND

Hyundai Thanh Cong said the registration fee promotion program for Palisade does not distinguish between the year of manufacture. With a selling price of 1.469 - 1.589 billion VND, the company's 50% registration fee support is equivalent to a reduction in rolling costs of 73 - 95 million VND, depending on the locality where the license plate is registered.

In addition to the company's promotions, many dealers are also offering discounts of 20-30 million VND on Hyundai Palisade, especially on 2023 models to push inventory. This is the time when the Hyundai SUV has the biggest price reduction since its launch in September 2023.

Palisade competes in the E-class high-chassis vehicle segment. In April, Hyundai Palisade's competitors such as Volkswagen Teramont and Ford Explorer also reduced prices.

Teramont is down 140 million, down to 1.998 billion VND. Explorer is down about 100 million, down to 1.999 billion VND. Palisade is assembled domestically, much cheaper than two imported American competitors, both from 2 billion VND or more.

The Hyundai Palisade is positioned as the most premium and most expensive three-row SUV in the Korean company's product line. The Palisade comes in 6- or 7-seat configurations. The 6-seat version has a business-class second row of seats, integrated with one-touch adjustment technology.

All versions of the Palisade are equipped with a 2.2-liter diesel engine, 200 horsepower, 440 Nm torque.

In 2024, Palisade sold 1,587 vehicles, leading the sales of the E-size SUV segment. In the first two months of 2025, the model sold 125 vehicles. Competitors of the Hyundai model did not announce sales figures.
