Hai Duong deploys pilot model of law dissemination and grassroots mediation in 12 communes

According to the Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education, in 2024, Hai Duong will deploy a typical model of legal education and effective grassroots mediation in 12 communes of 12 districts, towns and cities in the province. The communes selected for implementation include: Quyet Thang (Hai Duong City), Bac An (Chi Linh City), Thang Long (Kinh Mon), Gia Khanh (Gia Loc), Quang Phuc (Tu Ky), Doan Tung (Thanh Mien), Nghia An (Ninh Giang), Co Bi (Binh Giang), Dinh Son (Cam Giang), Kim Dinh (Kim Thanh), Cong Hoa (Nam Sach), Thanh Hong (Thanh Ha).

The pilot model will be implemented from April 15 to October 31, 2024. Relevant organizations and units will coordinate with communes to carry out communication activities on building and developing typical models of legal education and mediation. Provide guidance on perfecting the team of legal propagandists and mediators at the grassroots level and deploy legal education and dissemination activities. The Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination requires that the implementation of pilot models must ensure substance and effectiveness, avoiding formality. Hai Duong strives to have 100% of communes, wards and towns in the province implement typical models of legal education and dissemination, and effective grassroots mediation by the end of 2025.
