Hai Duong Department of Finance has just sent a document to departments, branches, units and localities to review and count abandoned or ineffectively used headquarters and offices.
In order to have a basis for synthesizing and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Finance requests that before November 15, departments, branches, units, and localities in the province urgently review and count unused or ineffectively used headquarters and offices. Develop plans and measures for effective use of headquarters and offices; in which clearly define the responsibilities of work content, progress, completion time, and implementing agencies and units to serve as a basis for urging, checking, monitoring, and evaluating.
Advise on the effective arrangement of office buildings and headquarters in the province, especially for office buildings and headquarters after the implementation of administrative unit arrangement.
Previously, on November 11, the Provincial People's Committee sent a document to the Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Health, Education and Training; Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; and localities in the province to focus on reviewing and resolving backlog projects, stopping construction, urgently implementing, completing, putting into use, and preventing waste and loss.
