How are the 28 surplus headquarters in Hai Duong used after the merger?

This Resolution comes into effect from December 1, 2024.

After the reorganization, Hai Duong will continue to use 29 headquarters, with 28 surplus headquarters. The surplus headquarters will be specifically arranged by the province as follows:

In Hai Duong city, after merging Pham Ngu Lao ward and Le Thanh Nghi ward, the old Pham Ngu Lao ward headquarters will be converted into a public green area.

Binh Giang district has a headquarters in the old Binh Minh commune which will be transferred to become the headquarters of Thai Minh commune police (after merging Binh Minh and Thai Hoc communes).

Thanh Ha district has 4 redundant headquarters: The old Viet Hong commune headquarters was transferred to become the Cam Viet commune police headquarters (after merging Viet Hong and Cam Che communes); the old Thanh Xa commune headquarters was transferred to become the Thanh Tan commune police headquarters (after merging Thanh Xa and Thanh Thuy communes); the old Vinh Lap commune headquarters was transferred to Vinh Lap Kindergarten (after merging Vinh Lap and Thanh Cuong communes); the old Thanh Khe commune headquarters was transferred to Thanh Khe Kindergarten (after merging Thanh Khe and Thanh Ha town).

Cam Giang district has 2 headquarters including: The old Thach Loi commune headquarters transferred to the Cam Giang town Military Command and Cam Giang town Kindergarten (after merging Thach Loi commune and Cam Giang town); the old Cam Dien commune headquarters transferred to Cam Dien Kindergarten (after merging Cam Dien and Cam Phuc communes).

Kim Thanh District has 4 redundant headquarters including: the old Thuong Vu commune headquarters transferred to become the headquarters of Vu Dung commune police and expand the campus of Thuong Vu Primary School (after merging Co Dung and Thuong Vu communes); the old Lai Vu commune headquarters transferred to Lai Vu Kindergarten (after merging Lai Vu and Cong Hoa communes); the old Lien Hoa commune headquarters transferred to become the headquarters of Hoa Binh commune police and is expected to build the headquarters of Hoa Binh commune military command (after merging Binh Dan and Lien Hoa communes); the Phuc Thanh commune headquarters transferred to become the headquarters of Phu Thai town police (merging Phuc Thanh commune with Phu Thai town and part of Quynh Khe 1 village, Kim Xuyen commune).

Kinh Mon town has the old Hoanh Son commune headquarters transferred to Duy Tan Primary School (after merging Hoanh Son commune and Duy Tan ward).

Ninh Giang district has 4 redundant headquarters, including: The old Kien Quoc commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of Kien Phuc commune police and Kien Quoc secondary school (after merging Hong Phuc and Kien Quoc communes); the old Van Phuc commune headquarters was transferred to become Duc Phuc commune health station (merging Van Phuc and Hong Duc communes); the old Ninh Hai commune headquarters was transferred to Ninh Hai Kindergarten (after merging Dong Xuyen and Ninh Hai communes); the old Dong Tam commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of Ninh Giang town police (after merging Dong Tam commune and Ninh Giang town).

Tu Ky district has 3 redundant headquarters: The old Ngoc Ky commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of the Police and Military Command of Ky Son commune (after the merger of Ngoc Ky and Tai Son communes); the old Dan Chu commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of the Police of Dan An commune (after the merger of Quang Nghiep and Dan Chu communes); the old Phuong Ky commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of the Police and Military Command of Lac Phuong commune (after the merger of Phuong Ky and Cong Lac communes).

Nam Sach district has 4 redundant headquarters: The old Nam Chinh commune headquarters was transferred to Nam Chinh Secondary and Primary School (after merging Nam Trung and Nam Chinh communes); the old Phu Dien commune headquarters was transferred to the headquarters of the Military Command of An Phu commune, partly to Phu Dien Primary and Secondary School (after merging Phu Dien and An Lam communes); the old Quoc Tuan commune headquarters was transferred to the headquarters of the Police and Health Station of Quoc Tuan commune (after merging Thanh Quang and Quoc Tuan communes); the old Nam Hong commune headquarters was transferred to Nam Hong Secondary and Primary School (merging Nam Hong commune and Nam Sach town).

Gia Loc District has 4 redundant headquarters: The old Gia Tan commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of Gia Phuc commune police and a part of the expansion of Gia Tan Secondary School (merging Gia Tan and Gia Khanh communes); the old Tan Tien commune headquarters was transferred to Tan Tien Secondary School (merging Tan Tien and Gia Luong communes); the old Nhat Tan commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of Nhat Quang commune police and a part of it became the Cao Due village cultural house (merging Nhat Tan and Dong Quang communes); the old Quang Minh commune headquarters was transferred to become the headquarters of the commune police and the Quang Duc commune military command (merging Quang Minh and Duc Xuong communes).
