The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just decided to auction the land use rights and assets on the land at 167 Bach Dang Street (Hai Duong City). This is the former headquarters of the Hai Duong City Tax Department.
The land area is approximately 567.2 m2, in front of Sat River, near walking street, Bach Dang night market, is a beautiful location in Hai Duong city. Property on land includes 1 5-storey office building, 1 2-storey warehouse, 1 guard house, generator house, yard and internal road.
This land is auctioned to select investors in the form of annual land lease payment. The land lease term is 50 years from the date of issuance of the decision recognizing the auction results. The land use purpose is commercial and service land, the land is in accordance with all types of construction planning and land use plans.
According to the approved basic construction standards, this land has a construction density of 60.65% with a building height of 9 floors and 2 basements and an attic. The construction scale includes 1 commercial building, 1 office building, and a green tree and flower garden system in the northern area.
The old office building of Hai Duong City Tax Department was leased by the Provincial People's Committee to Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HD Bank) since 2016 for a period of 50 years with a one-time payment to build the office building. HD Bank has paid the full land rental fee of nearly 14 billion VND but has not started construction. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to terminate the project and reclaim the land for management by the Land Fund Development Center.
