The Hai Duong Province Concentrated Administrative Area Construction Investment Project is being prepared for investment by the province's professional agencies.
The Hai Duong Province Concentrated Administrative Area Construction Investment Project is in the investment preparation stage. According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, it is expected that by mid-November 2024, the province will complete the appraisal and approval of the adjustment of the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500; and by the end of December 2024, the submission, appraisal and approval of the feasibility study report will be completed.
The project's construction design drawings are expected to be completed by the end of March 2025. By May 2025, the selection of construction contractors will be completed and construction will begin in June 2025. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of November 2027.
The Hai Duong concentrated administrative area has a total preliminary investment of 1,550 billion VND, with an area of 8.795 hectares in the north of Ton Duc Thang Street (Hai Duong City). The capital source for implementation is from the provincial budget for the 2021-2025 and 2026-2030 periods. The implementation period is from 2024-2029.
The concentrated political and administrative area of Hai Duong province includes: the Provincial Party Committee and Party building committees; the People's Council, Fatherland Front, National Assembly Delegation, Provincial People's Committee and socio-political organizations of the province, arranged in blocks of buildings with a height of 7-9 floors, with a total construction floor area (excluding basement floor area) of about 26,178 m2.2.
The block of departments, branches, sectors, public administration centers + citizen reception centers of the province has a total floor area (excluding basement floor area) of about 45,076 m2. In which, the block of departments, agencies and branches is arranged in blocks of buildings with height from 7-8 floors, while the public administration center and public reception area are in blocks of buildings with height from 1-2 floors.
In addition, the project also builds auxiliary works and technical infrastructure such as internal roads, parking lots, water supply and drainage, electricity, trees, communications, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
