According to the approval document of the Project to arrange the headquarters of state agencies in Hai Duong City, 24 agencies and units will move to the Centralized Administrative Area with a total assigned staff of 832 people.
These agencies are: Provincial Party Committee; Provincial People's Council; Provincial People's Committee; Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Departments: Finance; Justice; Construction; Natural Resources and Environment; Information and Communications; Agriculture and Rural Development; Science and Technology; Planning and Investment; Industry and Trade; Home Affairs; Health; Transport; Education and Training; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. In addition, there are the Provincial Inspectorate, Industrial Park Management Board, Farmers' Association, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Women's Union.
After the agencies move, there will be 25 headquarters with a land area of 93,967.7 m2.2, house area 468,130.2 m2must be processed and arranged. The Department of Finance proposed to convert 3 headquarters to educational land, 9 headquarters to keep the headquarters land to arrange for some agencies of Hai Duong city, 3 headquarters to convert to public land, parks, trees... 10 headquarters to sell to create investment sources to build the province's concentrated administrative area.
The headquarters expected to sell assets on land and transfer land use rights include: Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Farmers' Association, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Justice, Department of Construction, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
