The Hai Duong Provincial Party Executive Committee has issued a conclusion on reviewing key indicators in Resolution No. 42-NQ/TU, dated December 9, 2024 and projected economic growth targets for the 2026-2030 period (replacing Conclusion No. 486-KL/TU, dated February 28, 2025).
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed not to adjust the main indicators in Resolution No. 42-NQ/TU, dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee on the results of implementing the 2024 socio-economic development plan, the socio-economic development plan and directions and measures to balance the budget in 2025.
Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of tasks and socio-economic development targets in 2025 according to the economic growth scenario (GRDP) of Hai Duong province approved, ensuring compliance with the content of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 under the direction of the Central Executive Committee.
Regarding the expected economic growth target for the 2026 - 2030 period of Hai Duong province, the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the plan to maintain the average economic growth target (GRDP) for the 2026 - 2030 period of the province at 12% (according to Conclusion No. 486-KL/TU, dated February 28, 2025, the Party Committee planned to maintain the economic growth target for the 2026 - 2030 period at a minimum of 11%). At the same time, a number of related tasks and component indicators were adjusted to ensure meeting the above economic growth target.
