According to the report of the Department of Home Affairs at the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in May (5th time) on the morning of May 24, compared to the assigned target for 2024, Hai Duong is still short of 63 civil servant positions.
According to the report of the Department of Home Affairs, compared to the assigned staff in 2024 at departments, branches, sectors, and district-level People's Committees, the province is currently short of 63 staff.
However, according to the registration data, the provincial departments, branches and sectors proposed to recruit 8 positions; the district People's Committee recruited 9 positions. Proposed to accept without examination: 25 positions. The province reserved 16 positions to arrange and rotate civil servants between the Party bloc, mass organizations at the district and commune levels; reserved 10 positions to streamline the payroll in the period of 2024-2026.
At the meeting, some opinions suggested that the Department of Home Affairs review the data because there was a difference between the number of missing quotas (63 quotas) and the number of quotas registered by departments, branches and localities (according to the registration of departments, branches and localities, there were 68 quotas). It is necessary to focus on recruiting new graduates with good academic results, especially those who have been trained through practice to supplement the quality of human resources. Regarding admission without examination, it is necessary to review qualifications, assess capacity, and base on job positions to consider recruitment, thereby balancing the number of quotas requiring examinations with the number of quotas accepted without examinations.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that in the process of completing the report, the Department of Home Affairs continue to coordinate with departments, branches, and localities to review and unify the missing staffing quota data.
