As of October 30, 2024, the number of civil servants and public employees reduced according to the provisions of the Government's Decrees is 16,149 people, of which ministries and branches reduced 217 people, and localities reduced 15,932 people.
Hai Duong to reduce 294 commune-level officials and civil servants by 2025

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has just passed a resolution assigning quotas for civil servant payrolls, the number of people working with salaries from the state budget, contract workers, and commune-level officials and civil servants.

Hai Duong still lacks more than 60 civil servant positions compared to the assigned target in 2024.
