The 23rd session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution to change the purpose of using 7.22 hectares of forest to other purposes.
Specifically, the Provincial People's Council agreed to convert the purpose of using 22 hectares of forest land in plot 9, sub-zone 9, Ben Tam ward and plot 2, sub-zone 13, Hoang Tan ward (Chi Linh) to other purposes. This conversion is to implement the Project of exploiting soil and stone for common construction materials at Ong Sao hill in Hoang Tan and Ben Tam wards.
This is a production forest that has been taken out of planning.
