According to the report at the meeting, as of March 31, 2024, Hai Duong had 382,500 employees working in 8,689 enterprises, including 105,500 employees working in 265 enterprises in industrial parks, about 277,000 employees working in 8,424 enterprises outside industrial parks.
There are about 63,000 laborers from other provinces working in Hai Duong; about 103,000 laborers of working age from Hai Duong are working in other provinces; about 27,500 laborers of working age are working abroad under contract; laborers of working age are performing military service (military) about 2,400 people/year.
