The Ngo Quyen - Nguyen Luong Bang intersection (Hai Duong City) is partially fenced off for construction, but there is no traffic regulator, leading to chaos and congestion.
On the afternoon of November 28 and morning of November 29, at many times, traffic at the Ngo Quyen - Nguyen Luong Bang intersection (Hai Duong City) was chaotic, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents, making it difficult for vehicles to move and wasting time when passing through here.
In recent days, the Ngo Quyen – Nguyen Luong Bang intersection has been partially fenced off for construction purposes, resulting in narrowing of the lanes. Ngo Quyen and Nguyen Luong Bang streets have high traffic density, especially during rush hour. There are many schools and offices around the area.
The narrowing of the lanes makes it difficult for vehicles to move through the intersection. During the time of a light, vehicles in one direction have not yet moved through the intersection, but vehicles in the other direction are allowed to move, leading to traffic chaos and congestion. The line of vehicles waiting to pass through the intersection on Ngo Quyen and Nguyen Luong Bang streets is several hundred meters long.
Meanwhile, at the construction site, although there were fences and warning signs, there was no one to regulate traffic. In this area, there was only a mannequin wearing worker clothes.
To ensure traffic safety at the Ngo Quyen – Nguyen Luong Bang intersection, the construction unit is requested to arrange traffic controllers. At the same time, the authorities are requested to coordinate and regulate traffic in the area during rush hours.
