The traffic light system at the intersection of National Highway 5, An Dinh Street and Tu Minh Street (Hai Duong City) is out of order, causing traffic chaos and congestion at the gateway to Hai Duong City.
At nearly 8:00 a.m. on October 10, according to the reporter's records, the traffic light system at the intersection of National Highway 5 and Tu Minh Street, An Dinh Street, Hoang Ngan Street and Tan Dan Street, and the area near the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-01D stopped working. Due to the lack of traffic lights, the flow of vehicles participating in traffic was in a "fill-in-the-blank" manner, quite chaotic, causing congestion.
The flow of vehicles from all directions through the intersection causes traffic safety problems. This is an intersection with a large volume of vehicles, especially on Highway 5, there are many large trucks and tractors. In the morning, the traffic is very crowded.
We request that the agencies and units managing and exploiting National Highway 5 promptly repair and operate the traffic light system at this intersection to ensure traffic safety.
