The whole province has 2 projects to welcome the 19th Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term.
On the afternoon of October 7, in Chi Linh City, the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation organized a signboard installation to welcome the 19th Provincial Trade Union Congress for the project "Construction and insurance for 11 reservoirs".
The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and constructed by Hai Duong Dike and Rural Development Construction Joint Stock Company with a total value of nearly 98 billion VND. The project started on December 22, 2021 and will be completed and put into use by the end of 2022, helping to ensure the safety of the reservoir and serve production. At the same time, it will improve the ecological environment and promote the development of Chi Linh City's traffic infrastructure. This is the second project selected by the Provincial Labor Federation as a project to welcome the Congress. Previously, the project to renovate and increase the capacity of the pumping station of Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company, which invested more than 5.1 billion VND, was also selected to have a signboard to welcome the Congress.
As planned, the 19th Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union Congress will be held on October 14 and 15 at the Eastern Cultural Center.
