Tu Thong new residential area in Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city) is a resettlement project and a source to expand Vu Cong Dan street.
Hai Duong City People's Committee is implementing steps to prepare for investment in the Tu Thong new residential area project in Tu Minh ward with a total investment of nearly 133 billion VND. The project covers an area of over 6.1 hectares, including 60 adjacent plots of land and 26 villa plots.
The project is divided into 2 phases to implement land leveling, construction of traffic systems, water supply, storm water drainage, wastewater, electricity supply, and communication. Phase 1 builds technical infrastructure outside the protection corridor of Bac Hung Hai irrigation project, an area of nearly 4.9 hectares. Phase 2 builds infrastructure on the remaining area.
The City People's Committee has issued a notice of land acquisition for the project. It is expected that by December 15, 2023, the compensation and site clearance plan will be completed and the construction site will be handed over from January 30, 2024.
