Comrade Pham Van Phuong holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

Comrade Luu Van Ban, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the decision to appoint comrade Pham Van Phuong to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

On the morning of September 1, the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport held a conference to announce the resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the transfer and appointment of comrade Pham Van Phuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport, to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

Comrade Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and presented the resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Pham Van Phuong will hold the new position from September 1, 2021 until reaching retirement age according to regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban hoped that in his new position, Comrade Pham Van Phuong, together with the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of the construction sector, will make efforts, promote their capacity, strengths and experience to actively contribute to the development of the sector; at the same time, coordinate with the transport sector to advise on the fields of construction and transport for the overall development of the province.

The new Deputy Director of the Department of Construction thanked the provincial leaders, generations of cadres, leaders, civil servants and employees of the two departments for their trust. In his new position, he promised to strive to maintain solidarity, continue to promote his own strengths and experience to successfully complete his tasks.

Comrade Pham Van Phuong was born in 1963, from Gia Loc town (Gia Loc), has a high level of political theory, and a professional qualification as an engineer specializing in bridges and roads. Before becoming Deputy Director of the Department of Transport, Comrade Pham Van Phuong held the position of Head of the Financial Planning Department, Department of Transport.
