Comrade Pham Cuu Long holds the position of Deputy Director of Hai Duong Department of Construction.

On the morning of October 8, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointing Comrade Pham Cuu Long, Head of the Construction Inspection Department under the Department of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, for a term of 5 years, starting from October 8, 2024.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the new Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung highly appreciated the working process and efforts of Comrade Pham Cuu Long. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung hopes that in his new position, he will maximize his qualifications, capacity, experience, initiative and creativity in management and operation; together with the unit's leadership, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity in leadership and direction, overcome all difficulties and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung requested the leadership of the Department of Construction to continue to closely coordinate with relevant departments and branches to effectively implement assigned tasks. Currently, the Prime Minister has approved the general planning of Hai Duong province, and the province is also directing districts, towns and cities to review and adjust the general planning. Based on the assigned tasks, the Department of Construction continues to closely follow the planning, advise the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen state management of approved planning so that Hai Duong can implement construction works and projects in accordance with regulations and planning...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Cuu Long clearly recognized his responsibility. Comrade Pham Cuu Long was born in 1977, in An Lam commune, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong); professional qualifications are construction engineer, master's degree in human resource management; advanced political theory. He has held many positions in the Hai Duong construction industry: Head of Project Management and Quality Inspection Department (Urban and Rural Planning Center), Director of Hai Duong Construction Quality Inspection Center. From 2020 to present, Comrade Pham Cuu Long has held the position of Head of the Construction Inspection Department.
