Hanoi University of Science and Technology 2024 benchmark score: Computer Science highest 28.53

According to Associate Professor Vu Duy Hai, Head of Admissions and Career Guidance Department, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as of 5:30 p.m. today, the virtual filtering work of the Northern admission group chaired by Hanoi University of Science and Technology has completed its task according to the general process of the Ministry of Education and Training. Although the number of wishes to be processed on the system has nearly doubled compared to 2023, the virtual filtering results have been handed over to schools in the group as planned.

This year, the highest benchmark score for the Computer Science program (IT1) is 83.82 for the General Education Assessment (TSA) exam score and 28.53 for the high school graduation exam score.

The Computer Engineering program (IT2) has a benchmark score of 82.08 for the General Education Assessment (TSA) exam score and 28.48 for the high school graduation exam score, the second highest this year.

Next is the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program (IT-E10) with scores of 81.6 and 28.22 points respectively.

Regarding the assessment test scores, the benchmark score is quite stable compared to 2023. As for the high school graduation exam scores, the benchmark score has decreased slightly compared to 2023. The reason is that Hanoi University of Science and Technology has added additional criteria for consideration in "hot" programs such as Computer Science, Control and Automation, Semiconductor Microcircuits using high school graduation exam scores.

In 2023, the highest benchmark score of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is 83.97 based on the thinking assessment test score and 29.42 based on the high school graduation exam score for the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program (IT-E10).

In the 2024-2025 school year, tuition fees for standard programs at Hanoi University of Science and Technology range from 12-15 million VND/semester. For high-quality programs (Elitech), tuition fees remain stable at 16.5-21 million VND/semester. Dual degree and international cooperation programs range from 22.5-29 million VND/semester. In particular, the two programs Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IT-E10) and Logistics and Supply Chain Management (EM-E14) have tuition fees of 32-33.5 million VND/semester.
