Proposal to classify the Party Committee and Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee as having excellently completed their tasks

On the morning of December 29, after 3 working days chaired by comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee completed the 2023 review conference for the collective Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, individual members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

With a high sense of responsibility, seriousness and objectivity, the Provincial Party Standing Committee focused on analyzing and clarifying the advantages and achievements in leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of tasks in 2023, focusing on Party building and the political system; implementing solutions to promote socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security; ensuring social security, improving people's lives. At the same time, it identified directions to overcome limitations and key tasks and solutions in 2024.

Each individual member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leader of the People's Council, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province must conduct a thorough and open-minded review, combined with a collective review of the functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships stated in the Working Regulations and the decision on assignment of tasks of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

As a result, all members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province were classified as having fulfilled their tasks well, of which some were classified as having fulfilled their tasks excellently. The conference unanimously proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat classify the Hai Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee as having fulfilled its tasks excellently.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang affirmed that with the spirit of urgent and serious work, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has promoted democracy, frankness, openness, sincere self-criticism and truly profound criticism, thereby contributing to improving the quality of Party Committee activities to create changes in leadership, direction and organization to successfully implement the province's political tasks in the coming time.

Based on the review results, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of the province to promote strengths, promptly overcome the limitations, shortcomings, and shortcomings that have been pointed out and immediately develop directions and plans to overcome and correct them, focus on leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of tasks in 2024, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set forth in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress...

Also on the morning of December 29, the Executive Committee of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held the 19th Conference to evaluate and classify the Provincial Party Committee in 2023. The delegates voted unanimously to propose the Politburo and the Secretariat to classify the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee as having excellently completed its tasks.
