The total investment of the project is 41.2 billion VND, from the province's medium-term public investment capital for the period 2021-2025, with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor.
According to the resolution recently issued by the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council after the 19th Session, Hai Duong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism will build a new classroom building with an expected scale of 5 floors.
The school also built a new 5-storey dormitory for about 150 students; built a fire protection system, internal roads, transformer station, electricity, water supply and drainage and demolished some old construction items. The project was built at the old school location.
