On September 12, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approved the results of the review of promotion of professional titles of preschool and public primary school teachers in Hai Duong province in 2024.
According to the decision, the whole province has 10,001 teachers who passed the promotion, 3,164 who failed.
Specifically, at preschool level, level II, 4,633 people passed, 1,510 people did not pass; at level I, 622 people passed, 21 people did not pass. At primary level, level II, 1,302 people passed, 475 people did not pass; at level I, 906 people passed, 422 people did not pass. At secondary level, level II, 249 people passed, 159 people did not pass; at level I, 688 people passed, 377 people did not pass. At high school level, level II, 1,395 people passed, 184 people did not pass; at level I, 18/18 people passed. At the Center for Continuing Education - Vocational Education, level II, 188 people passed, 16 people did not pass (no one requested to be promoted to level I).
Previously, the Council for reviewing and promoting professional titles of public preschool and primary school teachers in 2024 in Hai Duong province received 13,394 promotion applications from teachers in the whole province. The evaluation results showed that more than 10,000 applications passed, the rest did not pass.
After the assessment results were announced, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the District People's Committees widely announced and received feedback from teachers considering promotion on the assessment results.
