Over 15,000 teachers in Hai Duong need to be considered for promotion of their professional titles.

The above data is compiled and reported by the Department of Education and Training and localities in the province.

Accordingly, at preschool level, 5,391 teachers want to be promoted from grade III to grade II; 699 teachers want to be promoted from grade II to grade I. At primary level, 1,912 teachers want to be promoted from grade III to grade II; 1,808 teachers want to be promoted from grade II to grade I. At secondary level, 986 teachers want to be promoted from grade III to grade II; 2,287 teachers want to be promoted from grade II to grade I. At high school level, 2,144 teachers want to be promoted from grade III to grade II; 27 teachers want to be promoted from grade II to grade I.

To date, through initial screening, more than 9,000 teachers are eligible for promotion. Of these, 7,286 teachers have been promoted from Grade III to Grade II; and more than 2,000 teachers have been promoted from Grade II to Grade I.

According to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on considering the promotion of professional titles of preschool and public primary school teachers in the province in 2024, before May 4, schools will review records, determine the structure of professional titles of civil servants, submit the list of candidates for promotion and personal records to the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

Before May 10, the Department of Education and Training and the District People's Committee will send documents nominating qualified civil servants and standards for promotion to the Promotion Council (via the Department of Home Affairs).
