Authorities quickly coordinated with local residents to guide and safely rescue two people trapped in a fire that occurred in Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
According to initial information, at around 2:27 a.m. on November 4, Cau Giay District Police (Hanoi) received a report from the Hanoi City Police Command Center that a fire broke out at house number 3H1, lane 20, Tran Kim Xuyen street, Yen Hoa ward.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Cau Giay District Police dispatched 2 fire trucks with 14 officers and soldiers in coordination with the Fire Fighting Team of Area 2 dispatching 1 rescue vehicle and 1 ladder truck to the scene to extinguish the fire and rescue the victims.
The house has a total construction area of about 110m2 per floor, with a scale of 5 floors above ground with a reinforced concrete structure. The fire area has an area of about 10m2 and is a storage area on the 1st floor. State management classification of fire prevention and fighting for the area where the fire occurred: the facility is in Appendix IV of Decree No. 50/2024/ND-CP managed by the Ward People's Committee. The authorities are coordinating to investigate the cause of the fire.
