Fire in a boarding house in Da Lat, 3 brothers died: Mother forgot to turn off the gas stove when going out

Regarding the fire at a motel that killed three siblings, on the afternoon of June 24, Da Lat City Police (Lam Dong Province) provided initial information about the cause of the incident.

Accordingly, the initial cause was determined to be related to a gas tank explosion.

Specifically, that morning, Ms. T. (the children's mother) turned on the gas stove to cook. While cooking, she locked the door and went out to buy milk, leaving the children in the house, forgetting to turn off the stove.

At around 9am, the homeowner heard a baby crying and fire coming from the house so he ran to break the door but couldn't.

The identities of the three deceased children include: Vong Anh K. (6 years old), Vong Ngoc BA (4 years old) and Vong Minh A. (9 months old).

At around 9am the same day, people discovered smoke and fire breaking out at a motel located in a deep alley on Thanh Mau Street (Ward 7, Da Lat City).

The fire broke out fiercely, blowing off the roof of the house, making it difficult for people to put out the fire.

Firefighters arrived quickly after receiving the news. However, when they arrived, the door was locked.

The fire killed three children. The three children were brothers.

The children and their mother from Binh Thuan went to Da Lat to visit their grandmother on the afternoon of June 23. The rented house is where the grandmother lives while working in Da Lat. This morning, while the grandmother went to work in the garden, the mother was at home with the children when the heartbreaking incident happened.
