The life of Nhung and her children is very difficult.

Ms. Nhung (born in 1972) married a man in Tan Viet commune (Binh Giang district). They have two children, Vu Nhu Gia Bao (born in 2009) and Vu Nhu Bao Chau (born in 2011). Her family's life depends on cultivating a few fields. Although there are many difficulties, the couple shares and takes care of each other, so family life goes on peacefully.

However, an unexpected event struck when Ms. Nhung suffered a stroke last year. After the serious illness, her health declined significantly, and her spirit was also greatly affected. The tragedy did not stop there, more than 2 months ago, Ms. Nhung's husband passed away after a period of treatment for cancer. Pain upon pain, poor health combined with the great mental shock of losing the family's breadwinner made Ms. Nhung even more exhausted.

After her husband passed away, Ms. Nhung returned to her mother's hometown in An Dong village, Thai Hoa commune to live. Currently, due to poor health, she has difficulty even traveling. Recently, she discovered that she has a thyroid tumor but has no money for treatment. The house where Ms. Nhung lives has nothing of value. A corner of the house is used as a cooking area.

Currently, her family has no source of income. They have to rely on their siblings to help them cultivate the few acres of rice fields. Due to the difficult family situation, Nhung's two children's education now depends on relatives on both sides. Gia Bao is currently being raised and educated by his uncle, while Bao Chau is living with his paternal aunt.

However, both paternal and maternal aunts and uncles are not well off. Despite the difficulties, both children try to improve themselves. Gia Bao is in grade 9 at Thai Hoa Secondary School and has been an excellent student for many years. "My dream is to continue studying so that I can find a stable job to help my mother and younger siblings," Gia Bao shared.

We really hope that there will be individuals and charitable organizations to help and share to help Ms. Nhung’s family ease their difficulties.”
