Chi Linh voters propose to soon issue land use right certificates to households donating land for road construction

On the afternoon of July 3, the delegation of National Assembly deputies including comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Dinh Thi Ngoc Dung (Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province) met with voters of Chi Linh City. At the meeting, 11 voters spoke with 20 groups of opinions on issues such as traffic, administrative procedures, infrastructure, education, etc.

Voters of Chi Linh City requested attention to many issues related to meritorious people such as supporting meritorious people to build houses, reducing electricity bills for meritorious people...

Voters also proposed simplifying procedures for granting land use right certificates; speeding up the progress of measuring and extracting maps to grant land use right certificates to households donating land for road construction in new rural construction...

Regarding traffic, Chi Linh voters proposed to renovate and upgrade Route 398B because many places on this route have degraded. National Highway 37 through Cong Hoa ward to the Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site has been banned by the hour for container trucks, but during the festival season there is still a high risk of accidents. Voters also proposed to convert natural forest land to build Route 389B to Dong Trieu (Quang Ninh)...

Speaking at the meeting with voters, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, received opinions and recommendations from voters of Chi Linh City. Regarding recommendations under the authority of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the city leaders to focus on solutions such as supporting road construction, building cultural institutions at the grassroots level, etc.

For recommendations under the authority of the province such as granting land use right certificates to households donating land for new rural construction roads, policies for meritorious people, grassroots organizations, the delegation will recommend to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council to have a solution. For recommendations under the authority of ministries, branches, the National Assembly, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will consider transferring voters' recommendations...

At the meeting with voters, the National Assembly delegation informed voters about the reception and handling of voters' petitions before the session, including the content related to the issuance of land use right certificates for households donating land for road construction; the issuance of new agricultural land use right certificates after land consolidation; intersections between railways and asphalt roads are not paved, causing difficulties for people; about 560m of Route 389B has not been constructed due to natural forest land clearance, etc.
