Kinh Mon voters petition for support to reissue land use right certificates after donating land for road construction

On the afternoon of June 19, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Delegation running for election in Kinh Mon town met with voters of the town before the 23rd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

At the meeting, there were 6 comments, mainly revolving around land issues. Voter Vu Minh Thanh, Le Ninh commune, reported that the Provincial People's Committee has a policy to support households donating land for rural road construction to be re-issued land use right certificates after donating land. However, in reality, the donated land area must be residential land to be supported. Meanwhile, rural residential land has not been planned in detail, making it difficult to determine which is residential land, surplus garden land, etc. Therefore, for those who donate land for road construction, there has not been any case of being granted land use right certificates.

Regarding the above opinion, comrade Bui Xuan Loc, Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee, accepted and said that the authority to resolve the issue does not belong to the Town People's Committee. Therefore, he will report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Provincial People's Committee for a solution.

In addition, voters reflected on many other issues regarding personnel work, policies for people with meritorious services, traffic safety on some routes, etc.
