Phan Minh Thuan, Director of Thuan Kieu 368 Company, bought more than 25,000 square meters of land for 124 billion VND to establish a housing project, but declared tax of only nearly 9 billion VND, evading 2.3 billion VND in tax.
On May 18, Thuan, 44 years old, was temporarily detained by Can Tho City Police for his behavior.Tax evasion, according to Article 200 of the Penal Code.
