On the morning of September 7, Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province visited and encouraged people at two storm shelters in Hai Duong city. He emphasized that the government and people of the whole province must unite to overcome storm No. 3.
