On the morning of September 7, many mild patients were discharged from hospitals in the province. Hai Duong General Hospital has reviewed and arranged safe patient rooms. Medical equipment has been transported to high, safe places. The unit has packed sandbags to handle areas that may be flooded. 28 members of 4 emergency teams from both internal and external hospitals are ready to take on the task.

District-level medical units all have in-hospital and out-hospital emergency teams. 235 health stations have emergency response teams ready to respond to emergencies. Inpatients (from 90 to 120 people) at district health centers are all placed in safe wards.

The Department of Health established four inspection teams, reminding units about the on-duty regime, the "four on-site" plan, and absolutely not to be negligent or lose vigilance when the storm hits.
