Grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies must complete the dissemination of new regulations before August 31.

On the morning of July 31, the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province held a conference to study, disseminate, propagate and popularize the directives, regulations and conclusions of the Central Committee issued in the second quarter of 2024; a number of implementation documents of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Bloc Party Committee.

The conference was attended by nearly 300 delegates who are key officials, officials of organizations under the Party Committee of the Bloc; reporters, social opinion collaborators, members of the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Bloc; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Heads of the Inspection Committee, Party committee members in charge of propaganda and organization work, reporters, heads of organizations under Party committees and grassroots Party cells...

In her concluding remarks at the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Nguyen Thuy Ha requested that, based on the assigned functions and tasks, Party committees and grassroots Party cells in the Party Committee urgently organize to thoroughly disseminate, propagate and disseminate the contents and requirements of the new directives and regulations of the Central Committee and the implementation plans of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in appropriate forms. The completion date is before August 31, 2024.

Concretize the resolutions, conclusions, and plans of the superiors into programs, plans, and tasks to focus on leadership, direction, and effective implementation, suitable to the specific situation of the unit. At the conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee convey Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; a number of documents of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Bloc Party Committee, the plan to organize grassroots Party Congresses towards the 10th Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Congress, term 2025-2030; Regulation No. 14-QC/TU dated July 2, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the coordination regulations between the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee and specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; Party delegations, Party executive committees, leaders of agencies, units, enterprises under the Bloc and District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; Plan of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc to implement Instruction No. 06-HD/TU dated April 11, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on some contents of implementing the model of "four good party cells", "four good grassroots party committees".
