Comrades Dinh Ngoc Hung and Nguyen Tien Quan hold the position of Vice Presidents of the Literature and Arts Association of Hai Duong province.

On the morning of December 29, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial Literature and Arts Association to comrades Dinh Ngoc Hung and Nguyen Tien Quan.

Comrade Dinh Ngoc Hung was born in 1975, in Van An ward (Chi Linh), has a bachelor's degree in culture; political theory level: advanced. Comrade Dinh Ngoc Hung used to work at Hai Duong Newspaper. In April 2020, he transferred to work at the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, holding the positions of: Head of the Organizing Committee for Creation and Promotion of Works; Secretary of the Association of Journalists of Hai Duong Provincial Literature and Arts Magazine; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Quan, born in 1978, from Phu Dien commune (Nam Sach), has a master's degree in fine arts; advanced political theory. He used to be an art teacher; specialist at the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Office, editor of the Literature and Arts magazine, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Fine Arts Department of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

Previously, at the 9th Executive Committee meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial Literature and Arts Association, two comrades, Dinh Ngoc Hung and Nguyen Tien Quan, were elected as Vice Presidents of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.
