Mr. Pham Hoang Phuong, Head of Organization and Human Resources Department of Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Company from October 1, 2023.

Mr. Pham Hoang Phuong was born in 1971, from Bach Sam ward, My Hao town (Hung Yen), has professional qualifications: master of electrical engineering, bachelor of finance and accounting; political theory level: intermediate.

Before holding the position of Deputy Director of Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd., Mr. Phuong had held many positions such as: Dispatcher of the Dispatch-Information Center, Technical Department specialist, Deputy Head of Nam Sach Electricity Branch, Deputy Head of Technical Department, Head of Hai Duong Remote Control Center, Head of Organization and Personnel Department.
