The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province received citizens on the morning of November 10.

The Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requests citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office before November 6. Hai Duong provincial leaders receive citizens who have registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level, with complicated and prolonged content.

For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens should contact the competent agencies and individuals for consideration and resolution.

The Hai Duong Provincial Citizen Reception Committee receives information and registration content of citizens; coordinates and notifies relevant agencies and localities to synthesize, report, advise on response content and handling plan; guides citizens to send complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections to the correct agencies and competent persons for settlement according to regulations.
