It is known that the hand, foot and mouth disease vaccine being licensed in Vietnam is indicated to create active immunity for infants and children from 2 months to 6 years old to prevent disease caused by EV71 infection, a virus strain that can cause more severe complications.

According to some reports from the World Health Organization (WHO), the age group with the highest incidence of cervical cancer is from 45-50. Medical documents all indicate that the cause of the disease is the HPV virus.

Over 80% of women aged 25 and over have had HPV at least once in their lifetime. 80% of those infected will recover on their own, while only 10-20% will develop chronic infection, with the risk of causing cervical cancer.
