Minister Do Duc Duy will work with Hai Duong on production and business situation.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 387/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2025, assigning Government members to preside over working with localities on the situation of production, business, construction investment and import-export in the area.

The Prime Minister assigned the tasks of Government members to preside over working with localities to urge the implementation of growth scenarios assigned by the Government to localities; handle and resolve according to their authority or propose to competent authorities to handle and remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business, create jobs and livelihoods for people, disburse public investment capital, import and export, build infrastructure, social housing, emulation movements to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, and national target programs in the area.

Specifically, the Prime Minister will work with Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh worked with Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha works with Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Long An provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long will work with Kien Giang and Hau Giang provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc works with three provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Khanh Hoa.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son works with Kon Tum and Gia Lai provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung worked with three provinces: Lao Cai, Phu Tho, and Hoa Binh.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh worked with three provinces of Dong Thap, Ca Mau, and An Giang.

Minister of Defense Phan Van Giang works with Thai Nguyen and Ha Tinh provinces.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang worked with Da Nang City and Hung Yen.

Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son worked with three localities: Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, and Nam Dinh.

Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong works with Ben Tre and Vinh Long provinces.

Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang worked with Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces.

Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien worked with three provinces: Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, and Son La.

Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh worked with three provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Tien Giang.

Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy worked with three provinces of Hai Duong, Lai Chau and Dien Bien.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung worked with Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces.

Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung worked with the three provinces of Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung worked with Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong provinces.

Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son worked with three localities: Tra Vinh, Soc Trang and Bac Lieu.

Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan worked with Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces.

Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra works with Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces.

Government Inspector Doan Hong Phong worked with three provinces of Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang and Bac Kan.

Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh works with Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh provinces.

Regarding the time to perform the tasks, the Prime Minister requested that Government members proactively develop a work plan to continue to urge and work with localities periodically every quarter (or when necessary), report to the Prime Minister, and at the same time send the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office about the content and results of the work.

The tasks and powers of the Government member assigned to preside over working with localities are implemented according to Article 3 of Decision No. 435/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister.
