In 2025, Binh Giang will organize 2 voluntary blood donation campaigns, striving to collect 1,300 - 1,500 units of blood.
On the morning of April 8, at Ke Sat High School, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Binh Giang District in collaboration with the Department of Hematology (Provincial General Hospital) organized the blood donation festival "Binh Giang, thousands of red hearts". This is the first day of the first voluntary blood donation period of the district.
The festival attracted 500 people to register to donate blood, collecting 136 units of blood. On April 9 and 25, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Binh Giang district continued to organize blood donations at Duong An High School, Binh Giang High School and Thai Minh commune. The goal in the first phase is for the district to collect 800 units of blood.
In 2025, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Binh Giang District strives to collect 1,300 - 1,500 units of blood, exceeding the target assigned by the province by 200 - 400 units of blood. The second voluntary blood donation is expected to be held in November 2025.
