After 5 years of An Phu commune (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong) being upgraded to a ward, the nameplate of the national historical and cultural relic of Hue Tri family is still written in "An Phu commune".

Although it has been a ward for 5 years, the nameplate of the Hue Tri national relic is still "An Phu commune".

On September 11, 2019, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution 768/NQ-UBTVQH14 on the establishment of Kinh Mon town and wards and communes under Kinh Mon town. According to the resolution, An Phu ward was established on the basis of the entire 8.11 km2 of natural area and current population size of An Phu commune. Since then, the nameplates of administrative agencies, schools, and historical relics in the area have also been changed from communes to wards. However, for the past 5 years, the nameplate of the national historical and cultural relic of Hue Tri communal house still reads "An Phu commune", which is inappropriate.

Hue Tri Communal House was built during the Le Trung Hung period to worship two female generals of the Trung Vuong period, Nguyen Thien Nhan and Nguyen Thien Khanh, who had great merit in supporting the Trung Sisters in raising the flag of uprising and were awarded the title “Hoang Ba Nhap Noi Cong Nuong” by Trung Vuong. The communal house has a unique architecture and still preserves 13 precious royal decrees of the dynasties.

On March 13, 1984, Hue Tri communal house was also the first communal house in Kinh Mon to be granted a certificate of national historical and cultural relic status.
